How long does delivery take?
Normally 1-3 business days within Sweden and 2-6 business days within the EU, depending on the chosen delivery method.
Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
Yes! When you buy 4 or more rolls you automatically get a lower bulk price.
Do EU businesses pay Swedish VAT?
No. Companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced without Swedish VAT (reverse charge). Enter your VAT number at checkout and the VAT is removed automatically.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Mollie as our payment provider, which supports card payments, bank transfer and more.
How do I return a product?
Contact us by email within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Is an invoice available?
Yes, an invoice is available right after your order via the order confirmation or under "My pages".
