What data do we collect?

We collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order. For business customers we also process the company name, organisation number and VAT number. This data is used solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about delivery.

How is your data used?

• Processing and delivering your order
• Sending order confirmation and delivery updates
• Handling customer service matters
• Issuing invoices
• Validating EU VAT numbers against the European Commission's VIES service

Data sharing

We share your data with shipping carriers for delivery and with Mollie for payment processing. We never sell your data to third parties.

Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers in Sweden. We retain order data as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (7 years).

Cookies

We use only the cookies the shop needs to work, plus ad measurement if you agree to it. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time from the Cookie settings button at the bottom left.

• Necessary. mp_locale remembers your language for a year. mp_price remembers for 30 days that you arrived from a Google ad, so the ad price applies at checkout. mp_admin_session and mp_customer_session keep you signed in. These are set without consent because the site does not work without them.
• Marketing. The Google Ads tag loads on every page but starts in denied mode: Google stores nothing on your device and receives no identifiers. Only when you choose "Accept all" may it measure whether a purchase came from an ad. If you choose necessary only, a cookieless signal without ad identifiers is sent, which lets Google count ad results without recognising you.
• Visitor statistics. We count page views on our own server without cookies. Your IP address is never stored, only an anonymous code that is replaced every day. That count runs whatever you choose in the banner.
• Google Analytics. If you choose "Accept all", Google Analytics may measure how you move around the site, using cookies that recognise your browser between pages and visits. If you choose necessary only, no such cookies are set.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data. Contact us at contact@massagepaper.com.
