What data do we collect?

We collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order. For business customers we also process the company name, organisation number and VAT number. This data is used solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about delivery.

How is your data used?

• Processing and delivering your order
• Sending order confirmation and delivery updates
• Handling customer service matters
• Issuing invoices
• Validating EU VAT numbers against the European Commission's VIES service

Data sharing

We share your data with shipping carriers for delivery and with Mollie for payment processing. We never sell your data to third parties.

Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers in Sweden. We retain order data as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (7 years).
