Terms of Purchase

Ordering

When you place an order you enter into a purchase agreement with Massagepapper.com (Royals Media, Sweden). Prices for consumers include Swedish VAT (25%) unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout.

VAT for EU businesses

Companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced without Swedish VAT under the reverse charge mechanism (Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC). Enter your VAT number at checkout — it is validated against VIES and the VAT is removed automatically. The buyer accounts for the VAT in their own country.

Payment

Payment is processed by Mollie and charged in SEK (Swedish krona). We accept card payments and other common payment methods. Euro amounts shown on the site are indicative — your bank or card issuer converts the SEK amount at their exchange rate. The order is processed once payment is completed.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method — normally 1-3 business days within Sweden and 2-6 business days within the EU. You receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU distance selling rules. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@massagepaper.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.

Complaints

If the product is damaged on delivery or otherwise defective, contact us immediately. We replace or refund defective products.
