Massage paper size — which fits your treatment table?

The wrong massage paper size means either an exposed cushion (unhygienic) or wasted paper (needless cost). Here is how to choose the right dimensions.

Width: 80 cm is standard

Most massage and treatment tables are 60 to 80 cm wide. An 80 cm roll covers them all with a little margin folding down the sides.

If you have a wider table (e.g. a double spa table), measure and confirm 80 cm is enough, otherwise you need a wider format.

Length and sheet length

A 200 m roll with 100 perforated sheets gives roughly 2 metres per sheet — enough to cover the whole table including where the head and feet rest.

Consider how long your table is and whether the client lies with paper along the full body. A 2 m sheet covers a standard table.

How to measure correctly

Measure the table width at its widest and the length from head to foot end. Add a few centimetres each way for the paper that folds down.

If unsure, choose 80 x 200 cm — the most flexible format, fitting almost all standard tables.

Frequently asked questions

Does 80 cm fit a normal massage table?

Yes. Standard massage tables are 60–80 cm wide, so an 80 cm roll covers them with margin.

How long is each sheet?

With 100 perforated sheets on a 200 m roll, each sheet is about 2 metres, covering a full standard table.
